  • The general contractor and subcontractors submit documentation on completed works and used resources
  • The submitted documentation is reviewed (compliance with project solutions, budget, and STR requirements)
  • The construction site is visited and inspected (including performed works and documentation)
  • A report on the completed construction works is prepared
